Establishes that a valid family relationship exists between a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder and a person seeking a green card. Please call office in order to retrieve more information.
Application to replace permanent Resident Card, to apply for a lost/stolen or renew an existing permanent resident card of 10 years. In order to fill out form we need the green card, ID, and SSN
This affidavit is required for most family-based immigrants and some employment-based intending immigrants to show that they have adequate means of financial support and are not likely to become a public charge.
Green card holders who are ready to apply for U.S. citizenship after meeting certain eligibility requirements. For more information please come to the office for a list that is needed to be filled before filing.
Adjustment of status is used by a person in the United States to apply for lawful permanent resident status. However, for more details please contact the office in order to see if the person qualifies for this form.
i-601a allows eligible immediate relatives of U.S. citizens to apply for a waiver while in the U.S. before going to their home countries for the green card interviews. For more information please contact the office.
